We work directly with architects, contractors and developers as the structural engineer of record — carrying a project from early sketch through the calculations, drawings and site decisions that get it built. Our scope stays technical and specific: the numbers behind the design, not just the drawings.
Where we work
Buildings, bridges, and the ground between.
Our project history spans residential and commercial buildings, transport infrastructure and public works, mostly across Attica and mainland Greece. Each sector brings its own load cases and its own regulatory path — we keep both in view from the first meeting.
How we work
Constraints before concepts
Ground conditions, loads and regulation are established before a structural scheme is proposed — not fitted around one after the fact.
Calculations a contractor can act on
Drawings and calculation packages are prepared to construction standard, not as a preliminary pass that needs redoing on site.
Presence through construction
Supervision continues after the design is issued, so the structure that gets built matches the one that was calculated.
